Brighton CCA is delighted to announce the reopening of our galleries on 17 October 2020 with an exhibition of new works by Flo Brooks and an accompanying, socially distanced public programme.
Over the summer alongside our COMMUNAL and Make it Work programmes we have been working hard with the University adapting to the challenges of COVID 19 to make the experience of visiting our galleries and programmes as safe and secure as possible. We now have new systems in place, enhanced protection for visitors and staff and a new approach to presenting works in the gallery.
As with many other organisations implementing these measures has meant changes to the way we work. We have had to restrict the numbers of visitors to the space at any one time and employ a one way system when moving through the galleries. These measures are for all our safety and so we hope you will understand if your experience is slightly different from previous visits.
We’re excited about the programme for the coming year, starting with the Flo Brooks exhibition and look forward to welcoming you back to Brighton CCA very soon.
